Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting

The Transportation Research Board (TRB) 91st Annual Meeting was held in Washington, D.C. at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, Omni Shoreham, and Washington Hilton hotels. The information-packed program attracted more than 11,000 transportation professionals from around the world to Washington, D.C., January 22-26, 2012. The TRB Annual Meeting program covered all transportation modes, with more than 4,000 presentations in nearly 650 sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to all attendees: policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions. A number of sessions and workshops addressed the spotlight theme for 2012: Transportation: Putting Innovation and People to Work.
