(S.S.I. 2000/22) references to several pesticides and their residues, to reflect Commission Directives 2003/60/EC, 2003/62/EC and 2003/69/EC (reg 2 (2), 2 (3)). The regs. also substitute maximum levels for several pesticides in the principal regs with new maximum residue levels to reflect Commission Directives 2003/62/EC and 2003/69/EC. To complete implementation of Commission Directive 2002/71/EC, the Regs. remove pesticide residue levels for Omethoate. They also update the definition of "Residue directives"
