He's back! Since then, the mysterious figure has faded into the haze of urban legend. But now a sinister regime is threatening all of Europe, and a Nazi scientist and saboteur who calls himself the Sensenmann - supported by a fifth column organizing on the outskirts of town - has set up a secret operation in Union City and pointed a doomsday weapon at the heart of the bustling metropolis.
