Criminals don't take weekends off. Kat Harper doesn't expect to arrive at Jessie's Diner one Sunday morning only to discover somebody broke into the popular Cherry Hills, Washington restaurant. A bit of snooping soon reveals the culprit could be anyone from an opportunistic thief, to an angry ex-employee, to a dark-haired stranger with a dangerous crush on the restaurant's single owner. With no other clues to go on besides a few dozen broken eggs left behind by the careless intruder, Kat's not sure how she'll ever solve this case. And the amateur sleuth's two cats can only assist so much when they're busy solving a mystery of their own concerning a missing treat bag hidden in an unknown location. But, with or without her feline sidekicks, Kat knows she has to wrap up her investigation soon. When the restaurant becomes the target of another unwelcome attack, it quickly becomes apparent the guilty party plans to escalate his criminal behavior until he finally gets what he wants. All of the Cozy Cat Caper Mystery books can be enjoyed as standalones but will be better appreciated as part of the series. The books are light, fun cozy mysteries featuring an animal-loving female amateur sleuth, lovable and not-so-lovable quirky characters, and a page-turning mystery that needs solving. None of the books include cliffhangers, bad language, or graphic scenes. keywords: cozy mystery whodunits, cat cozy mysteries, ebooks set in small towns, amateur women sleuths, female amateur detectives, humorous clean reads, cozy mystery series, cozy mysteries without murder, cozy mystery books, animal cozy mystery, animal cozy, felines in fiction, small town law enforcement, cat rescue, fun kitty cozies, cat cozy mystery, amateur female sleuth, fun whodunit, mysteries with cats, amateur sleuth ebook, small-town detective books, women sleuths, animal mysteries in small towns, humorous crime caper, whimsical amateur investigator short reads, kitty mysteries, humor and hijinks, mystery ebooks, pet cozy mysteries, cozy crime mystery books, kitty cozy criminal mysteries, animal cozy mystery, animal cozy, whodunit mysteries, small town women sleuths, animal rescue ebooks, humorous crime whodunit, short fun clean ebooks, amateur detective series, kitty cozies, quick reads, ebook downloads, female gumshoe lead, wholesome whodunnit, felines in fiction, pet adoption, small town police and law enforcement characters, foster care heroine, funny cat books, cat mystery and thriller books, cozy mystery books, cozy mystery that needs solving, cozy mystery books, cozy without murder, cozy cat caper mysteries, animal cozies, kitty cozies, mystery books for adult women, fun kitty cozies, contemporary mystery ebook, cat caper crime mystery series, women gumshoe detectives who solve crimes, mysteries featuring cats, cozy mystery series set in small towns, women sleuths and quirky characters, humorous law enforcement fiction, mystery series whodunits, animal rescue stories, humorous small-town adventures, kitty lit, small town romance, criminal culprits, animal ebooks, amateur detective series, quick two hour reads, mystery ebook downloads, female gumshoe, small town cop romance, foster care heroine, funny cat books, lighthearted contemporary women's fiction, uplifting friendship stories, American amateur sleuth
