Securitisation In India A Review Of Literature Study

A Securitisation is a form of Structured Finance. A company in search of funds, either issues securities or borrows funds from the market. Both of these possibilities are dependent on asset backing, i.e. sufficient collateral of the business seeking such funds. Securitisation is a money related device for the banks to securitise their future cash from the secured assets. The secured assets turn into a market item having profits for their acknowledgement.Securitization is a technique of creating a financial instrument, such that risk and return are balanced, maturity needs of investors are satisfied and claim against an entity/asset is represented. This paper conducted the study to review the literature on Securitisation available from 1994 to 2017.
