Progress Report On Humrro Research On Project 100000

This is a report on the progress of HumRRO activities associated with Project 100,000-Work Units SPECTRUM, APSTRAT, REALISTIC, UTILITY, and Technical Advisory Service. Preliminary findings are described, including certain background information concerning Project 100,000 personnel.
