Excerpt from Minutes of the 130th Session, Baltimore Annual Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church, South: Held at Baltimore, MD., March 25-30, 1914 The Secretary presented the papers in the case Of W. H. H. Joyce, which had been remanded by the Committee on Appeals, and the Bishop appointed H. H. Sherman, R. L. Fultz and H. L. Hout a Committee of Investigation in the case. Question six Of the General Minutes was called, viz: Who are received by transfer from other Conferences? The Bishop announced the transfer of: J Ohn B. Winn, from the Vir ginia Conference; Edward K. Hardin, from the South Carolina Confer ence; William C. Sponaugle, from the Florida Conference; James P. Atkins, from the Western Virginia Conference. The Annual Report of the Board of Directors of the Southern Meth odist Publishing Company was presented and read, and referred to the Committee on Publishing Interests. A Communication from F. J. Prettyman, of the Committee on the randolph-macon matter, together with the decision Of the Court in the case, was presented and read, and referred to the Board of Education.
