Learning Disabilities There Is A Cure

Statistical reports indicate that 2.7 million public school students nationwide have been identified as learning disabled, and that fifty percent of all high school dropouts come from inner city schools where twenty-five percent are learning disabled. Since learning disabled students innately have average to superior IQ¿s, why can¿t they learn?
