Design Considerations For An Integrated Safeguards System For Fuel Reprocessng Plants

This report presents design ideas for safeguards systems in nuclear fuels reprocessing plants. The report summarizes general safeguards requirements and describes a safeguards system concept being developed and tested at the Idaho Chemical Processing Plant.
