This report presents a cost analysis of Benzene and p-Xylene production from straight-run naphtha. The process examined is an integrated aromatics complex. The industrial complex includes the following units: a naphtha hydrotreater, a Continuous Catalyst Regeneration (CCR) Reformer, a sulfolane liquid-liquid extraction, a BTX distillation train, a toluene disproportionation process (TDP) and a Parex/Isomar system.
