"The current study focused upon job satisfaction among DPSS employees. Particular attention was given to these employes' [sic] perception of welfare recipients and its correlation to these employes [sic] level of job satisfaction...The purpose of this research was to study the relationship of selected variables of job satisfaction...The general questions involved in the current study may be stated thus: What are the attitudes of DPSS employes [sic] toward welfare recipients and toward their jobs?
