I wish to say something to each of these two classes. I recommend to all some reference to the established Leading Cases during the perusal of this work. Those who are unable to refer to White and Tudor, should at least fully refer to my Epitome of Leading Conveyancing and Equity Cases; and, to those who are able to, I heartily recommend a thorough reference from time to time to, and study of, White and Tudor Those who will thus 3t will, I am sure, attain a good and sound knowledge of the Principles of Equity. One word more, and that is with reference to my division of the subject. It is, at any rate, somewhat novel; I do not profess that it is scientific.
