The Labor Dept's. Vets, Employ. and Train. Serv. (VETS) administers programs and other activities to help vets find jobs and job training. VETS funds 2 primary vets' employ. assist. grants to states -- the Disabled Vets' Outreach Program (DVOP) specialists and the Local Vets' Employ. Rep. (LVER).
