After years of relative peace in the community. A new drug organization comes to town. The once small town of just 100,000 people grew into a mid-size city of over 500,000 people in just 15 years. Unclean Hands 2 is about two new drug organizations using their political influence and fear tactics to destroy the growing community. Thomas Williams will once again try to expose the truth and stop the spread of drugs.
