Thee Temple ov Psychick Youth, or TOPY, will be remembered as a cultural phenomenon that influenced underground youth culture in the 80s and 90s, popularising tattooing, body piercing, 'acid house' raves and other ahead-of-the-curve cultic flirtations and investigations.
