After 20 years of talking about it, life-long friends Bud Hasert and Joel Hinkhouse finally qualified for, trained for, raced in and completed the 2015 Leadville Trail 100 MTB, an epic 100-mile mountain bike race at 10,000 feet in Leadville, Colorado. But their path was not without their fair share of mistakes, setbacks, successes and failures.
