The book is published as part of the Phil Dollman Testimonial year, supporting the Exeter Foundation and Devon Air Ambulance. All 14 recipes have been tried, tested and edited by Mad Cakes of Exeter making sure this is not only a fantastic book to support the testimonial year, but a practical cookbook too.
