For the efficient, safe, reliable and peaceful use of nuclear power it is essential to have an appropriate infrastructure. This publication, aimed at those Member States launching nuclear power programmes, provides specific information on the responsibilities and capabilities of a Nuclear Energy Programme Implementing Organization (NEPIO).
