Chiefly, a record of descendants of Peter Kaufman and his wife Elisabeth Graber Kaufman who flourished in 1791 in Montbeliard, France. Later, in 1791 they moved to Einsiedel, Galicia, Austria, then to Michelsdorf, Poland in 1797. Descendants moved to Eduardsdorf, Russia 1815, Horodisch and Waldheim 1837, to Kotozufka 1861, and then to Kansas and South Dakota in 1874.
