Both are qualities we crave but that often seem terribly out of reach, especially when life is threatened or when the hustle and bustle of modern lives leave little room for self-reflection--let alone reflection on things bigger than ourselves, beyond our understanding.Yet, it is only in making interior space, in reflecting and contemplation, that we have any hope of discovering peace, joy, and their ultimate source.
