Notes On Love And Courage

This book takes a look at the "old values": unselfishness, loyalty, honesty, forgiveness, and courage. Qualities such as these traditionally have been thought to be the elements of character in a good person. The author believes that this state of "goodness" can be achieved through working at it. His assumption is that goodness can be sought; if one wants to be more loving, and if it is practiced, if it is labored upon, if love is made the focus of life, with certainty one would become more loving.
