How the adult can help the young child to learn the tonal and rhythmic language of music is the subject of this book. This book provides all adults who work with children, from infancy to age 5, with the basic awareness of the principles and practices of educating the young through music. The approaches suggested in the text have been carefully tested with young children from infancy through the preschool years.
