Investments In Human Capital And Their Impacts On Regional Disparities In China

The main purpose of this paper is to focus on the impacts of investment in human capital on the economic growth and regional disparities. This paper makes sense in both empirical analysis and in practical respects because, so far, little detailed empirical research including such long provincial time series used in this paper in China. And the results of this paper are also of policy implications on how to narrow the regional gap and on how to propose a more efficient strategy of investments in human capital.
