Excerpt from Secretary's First Report: Harvard College Class of 1915 The following report presents a detailed account of what the class did during its four years at College. The chief value of a report such as this is that it forms the basis upon which all other records pertaining to the class must hang. It will be the source from which all comparisons will be drawn, both of the class with other classes and of the individual members of the class with other Harvard men. In addition, it will be a convenient starting point, a future reference to which will show the increased solidarity and spirit of the class, and a proof of its prophecy of success to all the members of 1915. It is hoped that these facts and figures will be an ever-ready guide which will lead the reader back to days, stirring and thrilling to some, quietly satisfying to others; but, to all, .days which will be recalled with certain pleasure and sure satis faction. Much credit is due Mr. Adolphus Terry for his Job like patience and zeal in collecting the data herein presented. May I express my grateful appreciation to the members of the class for their prompt and careful replies to my requests for information, and my trust that in the future I shall meet with the same consideration.
