Go Fuck, I Mean, Find Yourself. is a book of positive notes, reminders, affirmations and suggestions that promote peace, love, health, wealth, wisdom and knowledge to spiritual seekers, specifically millenials, in a language that resonates with the culture. The title Go Fuck, I Mean, Find Yourself. stems from my personal battle with depression. So often, I spoke negatively to myself. When I stepped back and took a look at my internal dialogue, I found that not only was it unproductive, it was damaging. I realized that my negative perception of myself was a figurative "Go fuck yourself" and so I decided it was time to write a new chapter in my life. After years of drug addiction, trouble with the law, failed suicide attempts, anxiety, self-doubt, obesity, low self-esteem, a divorce, and a dependency on cigarettes, alcohol and sex, I hit rock bottom. I made the choice to change, and began speaking into existence the life I envisioned. Three years later, I had lost 100lbs, quit smoking and drinking, and began embarking on a new spiritual journey. This book is a challenge to others to make the same choice. Everyday is a new day; an opportunity to be in the moment and to be the best versions of ourselves. I believe we are all powerful beings with a purpose, and that we all have the power to change and grow. Reading any page of this book will assist in creating the universe you wish to inhabit.
