Glastonbury Hartwell Soccer Club Player Development Curriculum

Developed by David Newbery and Tony DiCicco (SoccerPlus), the Glastonbury Hartwell Soccer Club (CT) Player Development Curriculum provides coaches, parents and players with details of the club's approach to developing youth soccer players. Content includes the following: Curriculum approach, long term player development model, foundation concepts for the model, practice and game organization, principles of training, player assessment and stages of development - Plus 1 (4 & 5 years old), Plus 2 (6, 7, & 8 years old), Plus 3 (9, 10 & 11 years old), Plus 4 (12, 13 & 14 years old) and Plus 5 (15, 16, 17 and 18 years old).
