Fabulously Funny Idiom Plays

This collection of mini-plays makes learning 130 common idioms a breeze! Each short, funny script introduces 7 to 10 idioms in a favorite theme, such as sports, animals, food, and clothing, and provides the context students need to understand the meaning of these idioms. As they read and practice the scripts, students boost their vocabularies and their language-learning skills. Each play includes teaching tips for introducing the featured idioms and extension activities that make the idioms part of students’ oral, written, and reading vocabularies.
