Emmas Ears

Emma was born profoundly deaf. She tells you the story of her ears, from hearing aids to the cochlear implants she receives at two years old.This book is meant to explain to a young child the idea behind and process of getting cochlear implants. Whether the child themselves has implants or has a classmate who does, this book intends to provide a story that is both realistic and age-appropriate.
