Considers. S. 316 and similar S. 2589, to regulate D.C. retail installment sales of consumer goods and services, except motor vehicles. S. 2590, to establish maximum limitations on the amount of credit charges that may be made in retail installment sales and revolving charge accounts in D.C. S. 2592, to prohibit the enforcement of security interest in real property in D.C., except pursuant to court order.
