Aviation Managers Guide

With the decline in new aircraft deliveries, ownership, and facilities has come a similar decline in general aviation operations, pilot certification, and sales at fixed base operators (FBOs). It is clear that, because of the challenges faced by the industry, FBOs must be well-managed to survive.
