Annies Journey

In this dramatic historical novel, a sequel to author Joyce Dorsey Ostlund's Love's Gift,17 year-old Annie faces a shocking and stark future when her father sells the family farm and leaves Annie and her mother to work as servants for the new owner and his son. Annie's life becomes miserable, especially due to the sexual advances of her bosses, but she finds solace in friendship with other workers on the farm, and at the local church.
