Although I never had any formal education in art and writing poetry, I have always loved to do artwork and have enjoyed writing poetry for about 17 years. The poetry and art in this book is my most recent work and also includes revisions of some of my older poetry. A lot of my work has allusions to nature and also expresses my inner self , and how I cope with the more difficult times as well as the positive experiences in my life.
