4 2 5 Defense

The idea behind the 4-2-5 defense is to give a less talented defensive unit the flexibility and opportunity to compete. There will no longer be that helpless feeling when your opponent turns up their level of play and you have no answer for it. This book gives you the multiplicity and simplicity to keep offenses guessing and limits their play selection. It is also simple enough to allow the defensive personnel to be good at what they do. This will allow you to set up a game plan for any answers a offense might have and then use the other phases of this defensive scheme to cause them new problems.
